Manufacturing Process Overview
Steel grating is produced through a controlled industrial fabrication process to ensure structural strength, dimensional accuracy, and long-term stability.
Steel bars are selected according to load requirements and cut to specified dimensions.
Bearing bars are arranged with precise spacing according to design specifications.
Cross bars are fixed to bearing bars using high-strength resistance welding or press-locking technology to form a rigid grid structure.
Optional framing or edge welding is applied to enhance stability and installation safety.
Dimensional accuracy, weld strength, and surface consistency are inspected before surface treatment.
